The Analysis and Concrete Evidences for Enterprise Convergence Coexistence and Demonstration

In a bionics point of view,the phenomena,the mechanisms and the predominance of the enterprise convergence are analyzed in the paper.The demonstrations indicate that enterprises converge in the fields of hardware and software of the computer.Comparing with the enterprises existing in China.the enterprises converging are the same in the type and the character.It is also indicated that enterprises with the same character but different types can long-standing coexist.
