    Party Declining in Western World and the Innovation of the Governing By Chinese Communist Party

    • After the Cold War,a phenomenon of "party-declining" appeared over the westem world resulted form an over-all crisis across the spheres form ideology,organization,function to operational pattern of these parties in various countries which obviously demonstrated a deep change of the systems and even of the whole pattem in these parties.This,as is put out in the article,is the consequence of a series of facts that the national consciousness of democracy is increasing rapidly,that the modem politics of technology is being used widely,that the challenge form the new media organization like NGOs become intense,and that the need of the self-improvement within these parties is growing obviously.The Communist party of China, in order to enhance its leading ability to suit the drastic development of the time,is trying its best to make continues self-improvement and development.
