University Incorruption Mechanism Construction Research from the Angle of the Risk Prevention and Control of Being Incorrupt Administration

By defining the university anti-corruption system in scientific way as a researching starting point,this paper analyzes the difference between the anti-corruption document and the anti-corruption items.From the perspective of the risk prevention and control,it examines the incorrupt items in the fields of the university bidding and purchasing and summarizes the university legislation regulation with regarding to the anti-corruption items in supervision lines.It indicates that both criterion ranges are different respectively,and the anti-corruption items need to be embed in the professional administrative system.
