Further Recognition of the Chinese Linkage Management of Commerce

This paper elaborates the importance of distinguishing the economic scale and management scale of enterprise for its development, and points out that enterprise should concern with the enterprise management revolution initiated by the new economy with computer technology as heart of content, regulate management and administration and foster the new consciousness of resource integration so as to adapt to the new competition situation. The paper also takes practical examples to reveal the enlightenment the management history in China of international heavyweight retail groups have brought us from five aspects.
