Employability Development Situation of Undergraduates and Its Influences on Undergraduates' Employment Satisfaction: Based on the College and University Investigation in Beijing Area

Abstract
The employability development of undergraduates includes two parts;the one is the undergraduates' employability cultivation by colleges and universities,and the other one is the personal ability training by undergraduates themselves.Through investigating graduates in 2013 of 14 colleges and universities in Beijing area,this paper analyzes the situation of the undergraduate employability development from two aspects;colleges and universities and undergraduates themselves;discusses the influences of undergraduate employability development on the undergraduates' employment satisfaction;points out that the employment satisfaction is observably influenced by colleges and universities' cultivation location,qualified teaching,practical teaching,specialty setting,and the teachers' researching projects,part-time jobs outside school,and professional training.However,the colleges and universities' curriculum design,employment service and the students' certificate test have no influences on the undergraduates' employment.This paper also analyzes the problems existed in the modern undergraduate employability development,and provides the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
