Relationship Between the Psychological Contract, Satisfaction and the Turnover Intentions of the College Student Association Members Based on the Moderating Effect of Self-efficacy

    • Taking 131 student organizations of a university as an example, this paper focuses on the turnover intention problems of the student community members, using the hierarchical regression to examine the relationship between the psychological contract, the self-efficacy and the satisfaction of the student association members and turnover intentions. The results show the transaction contract produces a significant positive impact on the satisfaction and turnover intention of the student association members and the relation contract has the same positive impact, but a negative impact on the turnover intention.Self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on the satisfaction and turnover intentions of the student community members, and the adjustment effects,on the relationship between the trade contract and the member satisfaction and turnover intentions. The group discussions of the adjustment effect of self-efficacy are held.
