What does the Science of Public Administration Study

The science of public administration develops from politics and grows rapidly in the process of practicing management. However, the public administration can, neither be regarded as the subdiscipline of politics or management sicence, nor be thought as a kind of interdisciplinary subject. The public administration has its own special research object and content, which should be built as an independent subject.
