Abstract
In order to break the original research paradigm of the enterprise competitiveness,a new idea of cultivating the enterprise competitiveness is put forward.This article will study the forming path of the enterprise competitiveness by the normative analysis,and the questionnaire survey from the relationship perspective of the social responsibility and social capital.The research result will show;firstly,the social responsibility and social capital of the enterprise has the intrinsic correlation,and the social responsibility investment can be transformed into the social capital,the formation of the social capital can be used to encourage enterprises to better fulfill their social responsibility.Secondly,the social capital as the senior form of capital,is the value creation media of the enterprise social responsibility.The social capital not only can make the original material capital,human capital play a role more effectively,but also can obtain scarce resources beyond the reach of other businesses relying on the network.Finally,the enterprise can enhance the enterprises competitiveness through the social responsibility activities which can form good interaction with stakeholders.
