SA8000 and Sustainable Development for China's Foreign Trade

Social Accountability(SA)8000 gradually exerts an influence on China's foreign trade in recent years,and an extensive dispute has emerged between the domestic academia and business circles.Through the analysis of the cost to carry out SA8000 and of the difficulty of enrolling new workers,a view is set forth that SA8000 is not a "barrier",but rather a "step" or "threshold to improve the quality of enterprises of our country and to offer the opportunity of sustainable development for our foreign trade.
