Abstract
The concepts of liberty,impartiality and unity constitute Socialist International's basic views of value,and also its final goal of the democratic socialism During the post-cold-war period,the overwhelming economic gtobalization and the new scientific and technological innovation have greatly challenged Socialist International's views of these values, leaving democratic socialism now fating the crisis of losing its basic identity.In order to free itself from these crises,Socialist International is obliged to rethink,rebuild and reform its social values by putting in new meaning and significations,and it will be turned out that this reform and progress will be the precondition of the reform and progress of its guidelines and policies.
