    Research on the Positive Psychological Capital of the Female Teachers and Staffs in Universities

    • In order to solve the current situation that part of the female university faculty lack motivation to work,and their subjective well-being is not strong. We studied on the issue from the perspective of the people's spiritual needs,introduced the positive psychological capital theory,collected the data from the female faculty groups of Beijing University of Technology through questionnaires and access methods discussion. We summed up a sample of the data in the “short board”group,the group,including the members more than 51 years and undergraduate education,whose psychological capital value are lower than other groups. For this reason,we learned from the foreign advanced management concept,and then presented in the form of the group counseling to improve the level of the positive psychological capital of the female university faculty and to establish the relevant management mechanisms.
