On Training About Intellectual Property Protection for the Graduate Students in the Colleges of Technology and Science

Based on the investigation result and the teaching practice on the topic of the intellectual property rights, this paper analyzed the intellectual property education condition about the technical graduate student,putting forward the necessity, the concrete countermeasures and proposals that are suitable for the technical graduate students in terms of the training on intellectual property, so as to promote the development of the intellectual property education in the institutes of the technology and science.
