Rational expectation has influence not only on economic entity but also onmacro-economy decision making. This paper gives theoretical analysis on the influence of government expectation activities on service trade, in particular on professional service trade market opening. The conclusion is that the effects of rational expectation can make contribution to related industry and market supervision.
