Exploring the Educational Justice From the Enrollment Planning
This paper plans to study the university's enrollment planning.It is effective to reduce inter-regional differences and to promote the fair starting-point for higher educational opportunities by the way of the distribution of enrollment plan in accordance with the proportion of the candidates,the regional integration,and the quality of the students.
