    • Food safety has always been the everlasting issue which beset people's livelihood of our country in recent years.Although the relevant food-testing standards,technology,laws and acts have been developing,food safety problems have happened several times yet,which is indeed thought-provoking.Therefore it undoubtedly is of great theoretical value and profound practical significance for establishing our protection system of food safety and safeguarding primary rights and interests of our people's livelihood to unscramble the basic causes of the existing problems of our food safety systematically and further investigate the revolution and innovation of models of social regulation in food area in perspective of social regulation in the background of our transformation period.
