    • Chinese software industry has made some progress in recent years,but lags behind Indian software industry greatly.India is a developing country,but its software industry is very booming.The rise of Indian software industry,which is not an independent phenomenon,has profound social and cultural background.This article introduces the facial character of the rapid rise of Indian software industry,then analyses the reason of its rapid development,at last puts forward the experiences and measures we can use for reference.
