Migrant Workers System Reforming by Different Groups and Different Stages: Based on the Social Strata and Social Inclusion of Migrant Workers

The social inclusion of migrant workers is a significant issue to be solved during the process of industrialization and urbanization in China.The size of migrant workers is expanding yearly and it has become divided into 4 groups,and this is a very reality to the issue.The characters and the social inclusion state of self-employed individual migrant workers are analyzed in the paper and it comes to a conclusion that it is a basic way to reform migrant workers system by different groups and different stages respectively and gradually.
