  • The Confucius' opinion on administrative ethics is the key part of the idea system in Confucius' administrative ethics, with its contents mainly including three aspects: controlling a country by proprieties; exercising government by means of the virtue; running government by means of loving people etc. It has great theoretical significance and pinactical value to research these thoughts in terms of improving the system of ethics, strengthening "official ethics", building and implementing the ruling concepts of "peopleoriented" nowadays.
