    • It is necessary for any governing party to construct certain political consensus to enhance its leadership.The different political body has its own consensus based on its individual history and reality.CPC has made sustained attempts to propel the“Republic”political consensus with the Chinese character.“Republic”is combined with the modern value such as freedom、democracy and rule of law into a political system.Chinese“Republic”political consensus is not only in keeping with CPC's tenet but also accords with the most Chinese people's political identity.
