Analysis and Controlling Paths of Present-day Cadre-mass Contradiction at Grass-root Level

Nowadays,the relationship between cadres and mass at grass-root level tends to become strained because of the subjective and objective reasons in light of economy,politics, ideology and culture.It manifests and characterizes profitization,collectivization, diversification and complication as the result of the cadre-mass relationship itself and the systemic factors.Therefore,it will be the unavoidable trend to strengthen the cadre groups' construction at grass-roots level,adjust the allocation of interests between the cadres and the mass,perfect the related systems,establish psychological counseling mechanism and stress the ideological and political training.It is of great significance for us to construct harmonious society whether we can regulate the contradiction between cadres and mass at grass-roots level in this way.
