Globalization and National Identity in Modern China

Globalization and modernization are bringing opportunities for any country and any nation.Meanwhile,they are also bringing great challenges and problems,among which national identity crisis is one of the most serious problems.For example,national identity is weakening,separatism of ethnic groups and nationalism is rising,and problems of ethnicity become internationalizing.So it is very important to improve the ethnicity integration, enhance the national identity,strengthen and improve the socialist national relationships characterized by equality,unity,mutual aid and harmony in the process of globalization and modernization.All these are significant to construct socialist harmonious society in China.
