    • Based on non-cooperative bargaining theory,this paper establishes the bargaining model of the price of technology transfer according to the characteristic of international technology transfer including such factors as inside options,risk of breakdown and discounting. The author demonstrates the model after putting forward the method to determine the parameters of the model.
