The renowned poet-Xiao Dezao who lived in Southern Song Dynasty had paucity of poetry to be found so far, no other remarks on him and his poetry from academic world have been made. By means of the analysis of his 12 representative works, this paper generally comments on the characterstic and achievement of his poetry.
