On the Economic Logic Construction of Social Finance and Social Enterprises

    • Social finance and social enterprises are highly innovative and socially supply-demand compatible economic behaviors and organizational constructions of enterprises which are highly worthy of in-depth observation and research. Its emergence and development have both theoretical breakthroughs and practical creations. Economics acknowledges the self-interest behavior of enterprises (economic agents), but ultimately concerns how social welfare goals can be achieved. The main value orientation of economics, which focuses on the market economy as its research object, is not (at least "not just") to advocate for self-interest behavior, but to establish social rationality. The vitality of a market economy lies in the fact that as long as there are social needs, the market economy mechanism will generate corresponding social supply to meet those needs. The establishment and development of social finance and social enterprises are innovative economic organizations that satisfy important social interests and concerns through market mechanisms and independent decision-making behavior of enterprises. In the modern society and future world where science and technology are increasingly playing an important role, there is a greater need for excellent enterprises that have a greater concern for social interests and human destiny, to invest in the great innovative development process of social finance and social enterprises.
