    The Value Implication, Limit and Innovation Path of Digital Governance from the Perspective of Urban-Rural Integration Development

    • The appearance of digital technology, such as block chain, artificial intelligence and big data, has changed the development pattern of urban and rural society. Digital governance is placed in the macro vision of urban-rural integration development, trying to build a "Value-limit-path" logical analysis framework. Under the background of urban-rural Integration Development, digital governance has the value of resource integration, accurate capture, traceability, interaction between government and society, and network view of urban and rural areas, however, it also faces the problems of digital divide, hierarchical game and technocracy, elite absence and subject absence, which become the main obstacles to urban-rural integration development. Based on this, from coordinating urban and rural development, bridging the digital divide, optimizing the assessment mechanism, resolving the level game, focusing on people-oriented, breaking down the technocracy, strengthening the training of talents, giving full play to the effectiveness of digital governance and arousing the consciousness of the subject, in order to promote the effectiveness of digital governance and promote the emergence of "Common prosperity", the paper puts forward some specific strategies to achieve collaborative governance.
