The Cross-domain Integration of Resources of Urban Community Governance and its Cooperative Dilemma Resolution——Inspiration from the Practice of Joint Governance

In the post-unit system era, constructing the social relationship among people whose living, social and working spaces are separated, has become the key issues of urban society good governance in solving the cooperative dilemma with simplicity and efficiency. Based on the theory of governance of holism and community survey experience, this article has showed the grassroots community using the joint governance mechanism to resolve the cooperative dilemma, found that if the connection mechanisms among interests, organizations, emotions inside and outside of community could be explored and integrated by grass-roots level cadres in a cross-domain way, governance effect of "low cost but high efficiency" could be achieved. Suggestions are made to take the whole city as the environmental resource of community governance, establish effective association among governance subjects, strengthen the institutional support for community holism governance practice, build community committees into public platforms for multi-subject interactive governance, so as to truly realize the joint construction, governance and sharing of urban communities.
