Abstract
Green coordinated development is an important part to promote the whole coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Based on the panel data of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2005 to 2018, the DDF-GML index is used to calculate the green total factor productivity of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics and influencing factors of the green total factor productivity in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are analyzed deeply. The research found these results: First, the green total factor productivity of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has shown an overall growth trend, but the increase magnitude is not too large. Besides, the progress of green technology is the source for the growth of green total-factor productivity in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Second, considering the perspective of time trends, during the "Eleventh Five-Year" and "Twelfth Five-Year" periods, the green total factor productivity in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has declined. But since the implementation of the policy of the same governance of the ecological environment, the green total factor productivity has been greatly improved. Third, from the perspective of spatial distribution characteristics, there are significant regional differences in the green total factor productivity of the three places in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, especially among Hebei's different cities; Fourth, from the perspective of influencing factors, R&D investment has a significant promoting effect on regional green total factor productivity, while the level of economic development and ability of government intervention have significant inhibitory effects on green total factor productivity.
