    Capital to the Countryside and the Reconstruction of Rural Land Transfer Order

    • Explanation of capital to the countryside to engage in rural land scale management of the practical process. Before the capital goes to the countryside: the rural areas form a spontaneous farmland circulation order, which has the characteristics of economic order and social order. The initial stage: it has an impact on the spontaneous rural land transfer order and begins to reconstruct the economic order and social order of rural land transfer. In the middle stage: the rural capital builds a complex network of sheltering relations by forming alliances with local governments, rural elites and other multiple interest subjects, and grasps the direction of institutional change, thus occupying a dominant position in the distribution of rural land management income and policy subsidy income, and becoming the main variable to shape the new order of land ownership.
