Precision Poverty Reduction and the Shaping of New Local Governments

Abstract
Since the implementation of precision poverty alleviation work, local governments have not only changed their developmental concepts at a certain extent, but also positively responded to social needs and promoted people's livelihood work. A new cadre team is under construction and growth through the mass line in the new era, helping to realize the formation of a new type of local government. The study shows that in the actual situation of their operations, the new local governments are faced with issues like bureaucracy, formalism, inadequate capacity in their re-shaping. Suggestions are given in conclusion in systematic reform and management innovation, and coordinated balance between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
