    On the Quality Cultivation of Reserve Teachers in Ideological and Political Theory Courses——Taking Doctoral Students of Marxist Theory as Research Objects

    • From the higher responsibilities and roles the discipline of Marxist theory has played in cultivating high-level talents, the paper discusses the necessity, special requirements and expectations in training high-quality reserve teachers in this discipline for China, due to the particularity of the discipline. The cultivation of doctoral students in contemporary Chinese Marxist theoretical disciplines expects them not only to have profound attainments in the unity of political and academic rationality, but also high requirements for their ability to transform the world. This paper expounds how to meet the quality requirements of ideological and political quality reserve teachers from the necessity of practical training, the training design, its forms, and the stages in implementation to raise the doctoral students' practical ability.
