Abstract: The Foreign Student Education is a very important part of International Education Service Trade, and it is also one of the most industrial education forms. In the recent 10 years, the competition in the international education market is very intense. Foreign student education is a very important way for many developed countries to earn more foreign exchange and internationalize the domestic education. With the incorporating of the global economy, the foreign student education has become a new global hotspot. China is in a trade deficit situation in the international education market.
