Opportunities and Challenges Brought to Chinese Education by Entray of WTO

摘要: 入世给我国教育的发展带来了新的机遇,也使我国教育面临巨大挑战。我们在深化教育改革的同时应灵活地运用WTO规则,把握好维护国家教育主权与提高我国教育国际竞争力、坚持教育公益原则与引进国外优质教育资源、坚持社会主义教育方向与防止国外敌对势力利用教育交流进行意识形态渗透等几个方面的关系,使我国教育跃上一个新台阶。

Abstract: The entry of WTO not only brings the new opportunities to us but also brings the huge challenge to the development of Chinese education. We must catch the chance to develop ourselves and overcome the coming difficulties when we are deepening our educational reformation. In order to make our country' s education step into a more advanced rank of states, we should try our best to cope with the follow relations: the relation between protecting the education sovereignty of our country and improving its international competition, the relation between sticking to the principle of education for the public and introducing the outstanding overseas educational source, the relation between insisting on the socialist orientation of the education and avoiding the ideological infection of overseas hostile force through the educational communication, etc.-
