Review and Vista of Chinese Higher Engineering Education

摘要: 针对中国加入WTO后所面对的全球性人才竞争与我国高等工程教育的特点,分析了我国高等工程教育的发展现状与面临的问题,对我国的高等工程教育提出了通才与专才互补,工程素质与科学素质并重,产学研结合的改革建议。

Abstract: The present situation and faced problems of Chinese higher engineering education development are reviewed and analyzed. According to the situation of global talent competition encountered after China's joining WTO and the special points of Chinese traditional higher engineering education, some suggestions are proposed for the reform in this respect, such as mutual complement of all-rounder and specialist, equal emphasis on engineering quality and scientific quality, and the combination of production, study and research, etc.
