摘要: 在透析我国监察制度现存的主要缺陷的基础上,通过针对性地分析瑞典议会监察专员制度的可借鉴因素,论证了我国引入行政监察专员制度的合理性和有效性,进而对我国行政监察专员制度的创建进行了探索。Abstract: This thesis analyzed Ombudsman Supervision System of Sweden, which can be learned in China with a view on the defects in a system of Administrative Supervision in China followed by an analysis of the rationality to establish the Ombudsman Supervision System of China our own.
