    The Inquiry into The Establishment of The Personnel Training Mechanism

    • 摘要: 依据人力资源管理和开发的理论,结合国内外一些企业实践的有关资料,就企业的人才培养机制进行了探讨,即企业通过什么样的方法、手段和途径去发现人才,培育人才.并设定了人才培养机制的内容,强调了人才培养机制与企业相关的管理制度的配合的重要性.

       

      Abstract: Based on the theories of the management and the exploration of human resources, with the help of reference materials from the both domestic and foreign enterprises, this essay inquiries into the establishment of the personnel training mechanism, that is, in what way the enterprises find out and train the qualified personnel. It explains the content of the personnel training mechanism and emphasizes the importance of the association of the training mechanism with the relevant management regulations of the enterprises.
