    • 摘要: 介绍离心铸造复合轧辊工艺过程微机控制系统的硬件结构与软件功能特点.应用微机热分析技术与双色红外线测温技术,该系统可以准确提供芯部合金浇铸复合温度与离心机停机时间等工艺过程控制参数.

       

      Abstract: The hardware structure and software performance of the computer system for the process control of double poured centrifugal casting thed rolls are introduced. Using the computer aided thermo-analysis and double-coloured infrared technology, this system adjusts the exact core alloy-casting composite temperature and the off-work timing for centrifuge.
