    基于一种混合法的胃癌基因表达谱分类特征基因选取

    Hybrid Method,a New Way for Selecting Specific Genes Related to Gastric Cancer Genesis

    • 摘要: 通过对29例来自日本的胃癌样本基因表达谱数据集进行样本分类特征基因选择的研究,提出一种称为混合法的特征基因选取方法.该法结合了基因选择法中的过滤法(filter)和融合法(wrapper)的优点,可在过滤法的时间内达到融合法的分类效果.研究还采用了支持向量机(SVM)、人工神经网络(ANN)和K-近邻法(KNN)3种分类方法对混合法所选取出的10个与胃癌有关的特征基因的有效性进行了验证,发现所选取出的10个特征基因中,有2个与K im等人的研究成果相重合.研究表明混合法特征基因选取方法是有效的.

       

      Abstract: In the present paper,we present a new way,named hybrid method,for selecting specific genes from a gastric cancer dataset of 29 samples from Japan.Finally,10 related genes have been picked out and 2 of them are found to be the same with the reported by Kim'.The hybrid method combines the advantages of both filter and wrapper method in feature selection.In the last,we employ the support vector machine(SVM),artificial neural network(ANN) and K-nearest neighbors(KNN) to evaluate the validity of our selected genes,which indicates that it is effective.
