    自蔓延法制备TiC粉末的研究

    A Study on Titanium Carbide Produced by Combustion Synthesis

    • 摘要: 研究了原料、稀释剂、压坯密度等因素对TiC合成反应的影响,结果表明:石墨粉为原料时,产物TiC呈球形;活性碳为原料时,生成的TiC粒形不规则.稀释剂的加入可以降低反应温度,细化产物,压坯密度达60%时,反应速度最大、TiC的形成过程为溶解、扩散、拆出.

       

      Abstract: Self-propagation high-temperature synthesis (SHS) is studied for combustion synthesis of titanium carbide. The topics include the effects of different kind of raw materials, the dilute content and green density on combustion temperature, and velocities in the process, eet. The mechanism of combustion synthesis of titanium carbide is presented on the basis of experimental results.
