    Study on the Dynamic Balance Technique of Forward-transfer Drum and the Prediction of the Structure Modification

    • 摘要: 针对北人集团所生产的新型印刷机N300的前传纸滚筒所存在的动平衡性能差的问题,进行了动平衡技术研究以及结构修改预测.针对该滚筒的不平衡量较大,进行手工调节费时费力等缺陷进行了分析、计算,得到了该滚筒的不平衡量的数据.又根据此数据对该滚筒提出了修改方案,并且通过理论计算证明了在新方案中滚筒的动平衡性能比原来有了较大的提高,效果良好.

       

      Abstract: In the light of the existing poor dynamic balance performance of the forward-transfer rotary drum of the new type printing press produced by Beiren Goup, the study on its dynamic balance technique and the prediction of its structure modification are made. Some analysis and calculations are made on the defects of the drum such as large imbalance, taking long time and need great effort to make adjustment by hand so as to obtain the data about the drum's imbalance. According to the data the Modification scheme of the drum is made. Then through theoretical calculation it is proved that the imbalance has been greatly improved as compared with the original.
