    Study on Mixtures of Stearic Acid and Na2HPO4·12H2O As Heat Storage Phase-change Materials

    • 摘要: 应用傅里叶变换红外光谱分析、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)方法对Na2HPO4·12H2O与硬脂酸混合相变储能材料的相变稳定性和储能性能进行了研究,测定了混合材料的比热容.结果显示,混合相变材料中硬脂酸的各个基团和化学键的振动吸收峰仍然存在,表明硬脂酸与Na2HPO4·12H2O这2种结晶材料具有非常好的化学相容性.这2种有机、无机材料的性质使它们的混合很好地解决了Na2HPO4·12H2O的过冷问题和硬脂酸的低比热容的缺点,达到了互补的效果.

       

      Abstract: The heat storage performance and phase change stability of mixed phase-change materials consisted of stearic acid and Na2HPO4·12H2O was studied by means of Fourier transformation infrared spectrum analyses and DSC.The specific heat capacity of mixed materials was also determined experimentally.The results show that all absorption peaks of the functional groups and chemical bonds of stearic acid still exist, which suggests that stearic acid and Na2HPO4·12H2O crystal materials have good phase change stability and chemical compatibility.Mixtures of these two materials can overcome the disadvantage of both the sub cooling of Na2HPO4·12H2O and the low specific heat capacity of stearic acid in order to complement each other on the basis of organic/inorganic characteristics.
