    Determination of Mixed Nitrobenezenes by Chemonetrics-Spectrophotometry

    • 摘要: 使用化学计量学方法对重叠严重的5种硝基苯的紫外光谱进行解析,其中利用系统聚类进行波长优化,逐步回归定性、主成份回归定量,较成功地确定了混合体系中各种物质的种类和含量,结果令人满意.

       

      Abstract: Overlapped UV-Spectrum of the five nitrobenezenes was analyzed by chemometrics in this paper. The wavelength optimization, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis were carried out by system cluster, stepwise regression and principle component regression respectively. The kind of the species and the concentration of each component were determined successfully and the results were satisfactory.
