    测量齿轮的图形化设计方法

    Visualization Design Method for Master Gears

    • 摘要: 为了提高测量齿轮设计的效率,提出了一种测量齿轮设计方法——图形化设计方法.该方法根据渐开线齿轮齿廓的共轭原理,利用直接数字模拟的齿轮建模方法模拟范成加工过程进行测量齿轮的设计.相对于利用公式计算的设计方法,该方法直观、简便,是一种主动的设计方法.

       

      Abstract: A design method named the visualization design method for master gears is introduced to improve the efficiency of master gear designing.The method is based on the theory of conjugate surface of gears.By means of DDS(Direct Digital Simulation) method,master gears can be designed by simulation of gear cutting processing.Compared with the formula calculation method,the advantages of the visualization design method are visual and simple.It can be a direct design method.
