    Microcomputer-Based Temperature Control System

    • 摘要: 本文阐述了以TP801-Z80单板机为核心所组成的温度控制系统的基本原理和设计方法,并应用自动控制理论分析了系统的稳定性等问题。通过调整单板机软件,可以改变控制温度的整定值,检测范围和控制精度。其温度控制范围为0℃~1000℃,控制精度为±1℃。交中扼要地说明了控制程序的设计方法和程序流程图。

       

      Abstract: The basic theory and design method of a temperature control system based on a Z-80 TP801 single board microcomputer are introduced.
      The stability etc. of the system are analyzed by means of the automatic control theory. The setting value, detecting range and controlling accuracy of the controlled temperature can be changed by adjusting parameters of the software.
      The range of the controlled temperature is about 0℃-1000℃, and the controlling accuracy is ±1℃.
      The design method of the control program and its flowchart are briefly described in the paper.
