    A New Method for the Determination of the Rotational Factor rat Low Temperatures Using the P-△ and Vg-△ Curves

    • 摘要: 本文介绍一种测定三点弯曲试件转动因子的简便方法,并对共原理、计算公式及结果进行了详细讨论。
      我们在用JR阻力曲线法评定低合金结构钢15MnVN和16Mn延性断裂韧度J1C时,用同一台x-y记录仪同时记录了裂纹嘴刀口张开位移——施力点位移(Vg-△)曲线,由P-△、Vg-△曲线可计算三点弯曲试件加载过程中每一停机载荷下的转动因子,共结果与理论值相符,并与用其它手段测得的结果一致。

       

      Abstract: This paper presents a new and simpler method for determining the rotational factor at low temperatures of three-point bend specimens. Its basic principle, calculating equations and some test results are discussed in detail.
      When evaluating the ductile fracture toughness J1c of two kinds of low alloy structure steel 15MnVN and 16Mn using J-R curve, we recorded the Vg-△ curve(clip gauge displacement versus loadpoint displacement) and P-△ curve simultaneously with the same recorder. From the recorded P-△ and Vg-△ curves, the rotational factor r for each of the final loads in the process of loading of the three-point bend test specimens could be calculated.
      The results thus obtained are in good agreement with the theoretical values and are consistent with those measured with other means.
