    肿瘤热疗中组织水分汽化对温度场的影响及模拟研究

    Study of the Effect and Simulation of Water Vaporization in Tissues on Temperature Distribution in Microwave Hyperthermia

    • 摘要: 在肿瘤微波热疗中,为了准确地预测近场温度分布,分析了微波热疗组织的温升曲线,针对水分蒸发对温度分布造成的影响,计算了肝脏组织的焓值和高温微波能量比吸收率(specific absorption rate,SAR)的分布,并将二者引入模拟过程中.结果表明,热疗中近场温度模拟准确性得到了明显的提高.

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the accur acy of near-field forecasting temperature during microwave hyperthermia,this paper analyses the rising curve of the temperature in near-field,and studies the effect of water vaporization.The enthalpy of liver issues and high-temperature SAR are calculated and introduced to simulation process.The results show that the accuracy of near-field temperature in simulation is improved.
