    1kW级电弧火箭电源调理单元的试验研究

    Experimental Study of 1 kW Arcjet Power Conditioning Unit

    • 摘要: 为了解决电弧火箭发动机引弧困难、电弧燃烧不稳定等问题,研制出一种启动电路采用高压脉冲引弧方式、控制电路采用峰值电流型双闭环控制方法的升压式逆变式电源调理单元,并对其进行了真空点火试验.试验结果表明,该电源调理单元能够保证电弧火箭发动机成功引燃电弧以及稳定运行,并具有优秀的动态响应性能.依据国家标准GB9254—2008对该电源进行了辐射连续骚扰试验,测试结果合格。

       

      Abstract: A boosting-inverter power conditioning unit is designed,in which high voltage pulse ignition arc used as start-up circuit and peak current closed-loop feedback control used as the control circuit.High ignition ability,plasma arc stability and excellent dynamic response quality are demonstrated by vacuum operation experiment of the arcjet thruster.According to national standard GB9254—2008,a radiation continuous emission test was done to the power conditioning unit,and the test results were satisfactory.
