    • 摘要: 本文介绍了以:聚砜、二甲基甲酰胺、乙二醇甲醚铸膜液制备出孔径为200-300A°的聚砜多孔膜。讨论了成膜工艺中主要参数,即铸膜液组成、冷浸浴的组成,冷浸浴温度,环境湿度以及铸膜液的溶解状态等对膜性能的影响,并对膜的形态结构进行了扫描电镜观察,选择了较好的配方和成膜条件。

       

      Abstract: This artiele presents the preParation of porous polysulfone menbrane from polysulfone,dimethylformamide and ethylene glyeol monomethyl ether with pore size of 200-300A.The main Parameters,sueh as eomposi-t ionof easting solution and eoagulation bath mixture,temperature of卜eoagulationbath,ambient humidity and state of easting solution,whieh affeet the membrane perfarmanee,are diseussed.Based on seanning electren m ierograph observation of the membrane strueture,reeommendation 15 made of the optimum presription and easting eonditions.
