    The Permanent Engineering of Soil Nailing and Its Durability Design

    • 摘要: 拟通过对永久性土钉支护工程及其耐久性设计的研究,为该技术更为广泛地应用提供依据.对国内外永久性土钉支护的研究与应用进行了较为全面的概括,提出加大土钉钢筋截面、在钢筋表面上涂锌或涂环氧、保证水泥砂浆保护层厚度或采用封套防止土钉生锈.在喷射混凝土中加入微纤维,能有效地提高混凝土基体的抗渗性能,延长混凝土的使用寿命.并给出了若干永久性土钉支护工程实例.土钉支护作为一种性能可靠的永久性挡十结构,可以节约材料,减少工程量.

       

      Abstract: An overall view of the permanent engineering of soil nailing is summarized so as to provide design references for its much wide use. Summing-up analyses on the research and development of the permanent engineering of soil nailing, both domestically and abroad, are given. Based on the corrosion of subsoil and the service life, the rust-resistant measurements are selected from one of the measures as follows: (a) increasing the diameter of nail rods; (b) zinc coating or epoxy coating on the surface of nail rods; (c) ensuring thickness of protective coating of the grout; and (d) adopting enclosed rust-resistant nails. Several engineering cases of permanent soil nailing are examined. Soil nailing, as a kind of reliable permanent earth retaining structure, uses less material and decreases the amount of engineering.
