Abstract: This paper presents a new method for the undamaged measurement of residual stresses of the welding vessels. It gives us an effective method for the measuement of the peak-values of the residual stresses on the welding vessels under plane stress condition, by using the Mises criteria of yeilding and the plastic flow rules.
This method is more simple, convinieut and useful in the Practical engineering applications.
