    高阶椭圆锥齿轮副接触斑点的检测及分析

    Detection and Analysis of Contact Spot of High-order Oval Bevel Gears

    • 摘要: 针对高阶椭圆锥齿轮的几何形状和单项误差测量复杂的问题,结合齿轮啮合原理及圆锥齿轮的检测技术,开展了高阶椭圆锥齿轮副接触斑点的检测及分析研究,建立了圆锥刀具球面渐开线齿面的数学模型,提出了该锥齿轮副接触斑点的齿轮副综合检测及分析方法.通过对高阶椭圆锥齿轮副进行受力分析,得到各分力对接触斑点的影响规律,重点研究了切向力对接触斑点面积的影响规律,分析得到椭圆锥齿轮副接触斑点面积具有周期性变化的规律;建立了椭圆锥齿轮安装距接触斑点变化模型,分析得到椭圆锥齿轮副安装距变化对接触斑点的影响规律,确立了该锥齿轮副的调整方法.通过椭圆锥齿轮副实体样件的啮合滚动实验,验证了切向力对接触斑点面积的影响及变化规律,以及安装距对接触斑点影响及变化规律的正确性.

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the complexity of its geometric shape and individual error measurement, the detection and analysis of contact spot of high-order bevel gear pair was proposed based on the gear engagement theory and bevel gear detection technique, and the mathematical model of bevel gear cutter's tooth surface was also deduced. Then, the influence rules of contact spot of each component force were analyzed according to the force analysis of high-order oval bevel gears. Meanwhile, the influence rules of contact spot of tangential force were mainly discussed, and a new characteristic that the size of contact spot presents a certain periodicity with tangential force was also obtained. Furthermore, the locating distance alteration of oval bevel gear pair was modeled and the influence rules of contact spot of tangential force were also obtained. Meanwhile, the regulation means of this gear pair were summarized. Then, the rolling experiment was performed on the oval bevel gear entities to verify the influence rules of contact spot of tangential force. The contact spots under different locating distances were detected and analyzed at the same time. As a result, the influence rules of contact spots under different locating distances were also verified.
